We’re looking for Nursery Assistants, Early Years Practitioners and Learning Support Staff who enjoy supporting children in their very first years of education. Roles suit people who bring patience, warmth and consistency, and who understand how powerful early relationships can be. Your day-to-day role will focus on helping children feel secure and confident, supporting play-based learning, early communication, phonics foundations, number awareness and daily routines. You’ll also help model positive behaviour, encourage independence and nurture curiosity through play.

You’ll be joining settings with caring, inclusive cultures where teamwork, kindness and staff wellbeing are genuinely valued.

If you love helping young children take those important first steps in learning, build confidence and feel proud of themselves each day, this could be a lovely next role for you.
