Your Role

• Create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment where early learners feel safe and confident
• Support children in developing early academic, social, and independence skills
• Work closely with EYFS teachers to deliver exciting, creative, development‑led learning
• Ensure every child is supported to achieve their full potential academically and personally

• Someone eager to develop professionally and take on greater responsibilities over time
• Experience working with children (preferred but not essential if you bring passion and ambition)
• Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with both staff and pupils
