Job summary

Runshaw College in Leyland (Lancashire) invites applications for a full-time Work Placement Assessor within the School of Health, Care and Education. You will manage Industry & Work Placement visits and assessments for 16-19-year-olds on the T Level in Early Years Education, preparing students for assessments and conducting professional discussions to meet competencies.

Qualifications

• Qualified in the Early Years field at Level 3 or above.
• Experience of working in an Early Years or Primary setting.
• Be highly motivated to ensure students have valuable opportunities to experience and succeed in the world of work.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for Industry & Work Placement visits and assessments on our Early Years provision for 16-19-year-olds.
• Observe students in practice and plan/provide professional discussions to meet criteria competencies.
• Assess and grade students through structured observations and feedback to support progress.
