Job summary

Storal Learning Ltd. in Winchester is seeking a Nursery practitioner for Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School.

This full-time role pays up to £14.21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, and you’ll plan activities, observe progress and support children’s safety and wellbeing. You’ll apply the Storal curriculum and EYFS pedagogy daily in a warm, nurturing setting that prepares children for school and builds essential life skills.

Qualifications

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3 is required.
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities and observe progress for children.
• Maintain child safety and provide high levels of care and empathy.
• Deliver the Storal curriculum and pedagogy daily.

How you’ll spend your time here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
