Job summary

Storal Learning Ltd. is seeking an Early Years practitioner in Brentwood, working across Nursery settings. You will plan activities, observe progress, and deliver personal care while applying the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy daily.

You’ll engage with families, support learning through daily routines, and bring empathy and high-quality care to every child, ensuring safeguarding and development are at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Experience working with all age groups in Early Years settings.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities and observe progress across the day.
• Manage personal care for children.
• Apply the Storal curriculum and pedagogy daily.
• Support learning through routines and mealtimes.
• Engage with families to bond with children.
• Deliver high levels of care and empathy to support learning.

Hours: Full Time and Part Time roles available, Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to £14.46 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

How you’ll spend your time here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

We’d love to talk to you if you have the following

• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
• Early Years qualification at Level 2, Level 3
