Job summary

Storal Learning Ltd. is recruiting for an Early Years practitioner at our Warminster nursery. You will plan activities, observe progress and provide personal care in a warm, nurturing setting, applying the Storal curriculum and pedagogy daily.

Experience with all EY age groups and knowledge of the EYFS framework are valued, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3.
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
• Apply the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles to our children daily.
• Seek learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions.

Skills

Early Years qualification L2/3

Job description

Location: Barney Lodge 5 Westbury Road, Warminster BA12 0AN

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday or part time over 3 days

Salary: Up to £13.30 per hour plus depending on qualification and experience

How you’ll spend your time here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
