Storal Learning Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Early Years practitioner to join our Little Faces team in Chelmsford. You will plan play-based activities, observe progress, and provide personal care while applying our curriculum and safeguarding standards.

You will also engage with families to support each child’s learning journey. Ideal candidates hold an EY qualification (Level 2/3) and have experience across Early Years settings; EYFS knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3.
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

Nursery: Little Faces, Pontlands Park, Chelmsford, CM2 8HR

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday Salary: From £13.70 per hour Up to £14.21 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

How you’ll spend your time here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
