Job summary

Nara Horton Nursery, part of the Storal family, invites applications for a casual, zero-hours role. You will plan activities, support learning through play, and care for children using the Storal curriculum.

You will engage with families, observe progress, and help children feel safe, loved and inspired in a warm, nurturing setting. Experience in Early Years and a Level 2/3 qualification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Early Years qualification Level 2/3
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
• Apply the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles daily.
• Seek learning opportunities in routines such as mealtimes and transitions.
• Bond with children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
• Deliver high levels of care and empathy, respecting that every moment can be a learning opportunity.

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

We’d love to talk to you if you have the following

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
