Early Years Childcare Centre Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, committed and inspiring early years leader to join the Puffins team as Childcare Centre Manager at one of our Exeter settings.

What We’re Looking For

You will need:

• A full and relevant Early Years Level 3 qualification
• GCSE Maths and English grades A–C (9–4) or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in early years and/or management / team leadership
• A genuine passion for early years education and boundless enthusiasm for providing an outstanding service to children and families
• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous professional development

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, across at least 4 days, between 7:30am & 6:00pm. Additional hours as required to ensure the smooth running of the setting.

Salary: £33,000 per annum
