Zusammenfassung

Inspired Learning Group is seeking an Early Years Assessor to support learners on Early Years qualifications and apprenticeships across our nursery settings. You will assess competence at the workplace and ensure standards are met, guiding learners through their qualification journey.

You will work with Nursery Managers to promote best practice, provide constructive feedback, and help learners prepare for end-point assessments while maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality

Qualifikationen

• Experience assessing Early Years qualifications or apprenticeships.
• Understanding of apprenticeship standards and end-point assessment processes.
• Relevant assessing qualification (CAVA or equivalent) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess learners undertaking Early Years qualifications and apprenticeships through workplace observations, professional discussions, knowledge assessments and portfolio reviews.
• Develop individual learning and assessment plans tailored to learners’ needs and workplace responsibilities.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to support learner progress and achievement.
• Monitor learner performance, identify barriers to learning and implement support strategies.
• Work with Nursery Managers to promote workplace learning and professional development.
• Support learners in preparing for end-point assessment where applicable.
• Maintain learner records and evidence in line with quality assurance requirements.
• Participate in internal quality assurance activities and continuing professional development.
• Keep up to date with EYFS framework and safeguarding guidance.
