Cherubs Nurseries Academy is seeking an Assessor-Coach to support apprentices toward childcare qualifications across multiple sites. The role involves delivering workplace coaching, assessments, and in-house training, with some evenings and weekends to align with shifts.

Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare with a recognised Assessor award, you will also work 20% of hours in our nursery settings, visiting learners both on-site and remotely, while keeping up with sector updates.

Qualifications

• Qualified to at least Level 3 in Childcare with a recognised Assessor award.
• Will spend 20% of contracted hours in a nursery setting to role model and enhance practice.
• Some evening and weekend work to support shift patterns.

Responsabilités

• Deliver training and coaching to apprentices and assess progress.
• Visit learners in workplace and online to teach, coach and support apprenticeship outcomes.
• Prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA) and maintain records in Smart Assessor.
• Manage diary to meet KPIs and complete administration.
