Job summary

The Address Glasgow is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage team member to support the supervisor by serving guests and maintaining high standards of service.

You will take orders, explain menus, and look for upsell opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction and a clean, welcoming outlet.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, fluent English, and reliable early-morning availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or F&B customer service.
• Availability for early shifts (6:30am).
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and customers in Food and Beverage while following service standards.
• Take food and drink orders and fulfill requests accurately.
• Knowledgeable of menus; upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout shifts.
