Job summary

The Address Glasgow is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage team member to support the supervisor by serving guests and maintaining high standards of service.

You will take orders, explain menus, and look for upsell opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction and a clean, welcoming outlet.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality, fluent English, and reliable early-morning availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or F&B customer service.
• Availability for early shifts (6:30am).
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Key Duties Of This Role

• Serving guests and customers Food and Beverage whilst adhering to the established service standards and procedures at all times.
• Taking food and drink orders and fulfilling the customers' requests accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledgeable of all menus and able to explain to guests the dishes confidently, whilst also looking for opportunities to upsell when it arises.
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest's experience in our food and beverage outlets.
• Cleaning the outlet to the required standard throughout your shift and adhering to deep cleaning schedules.

The Candidate

Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a restaurant or in a Food and Beverage customer service environment.

• Must be available to work early shifts (6:30am)
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
