Job summary

The Address Glasgow is seeking friendly and attentive team members to support our Food and Beverage operations. You will assist the F&B supervisor in serving guests, taking orders, and ensuring high standards of service.

Minimum 1 year in a restaurant or F&B customer service role, with fluent English and excellent communication skills. Availability for early shifts (6:30am) is required, and you should show a customer‑focused approach with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in a restaurant or Food and Beverage customer service environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests and customers Food and Beverage whilst adhering to the established service standards and procedures at all times.
• Taking food and drink orders and fulfilling the customers' requests accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledgeable of all menus and able to explain to guests the dishes confidently, whilst also looking for opportunities to upsell when it arises.
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest's experience in our food and beverage outlets.
• Cleaning the outlet to the required standard throughout your shift and adhering to deep cleaning schedules.
