Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 12-month secondment. You will guide applicants through VACs, interviews and offers, coordinating schedules and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience across the process.

You will work with the Early Careers and People teams to ensure consistency and smooth post-offer onboarding, traveling to national offices and supporting events as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, logistics or customer service role is ideal and recruitment exposure is beneficial.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive candidate journey.

Responsibilities

• Guide applicants through each stage of the recruitment process from VAC to offer and start date.
• Coordinate scheduling for VACs, interviews and final interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Deliver offers and act as the primary candidate contact through to the first day.
• Provide proactive updates on recruitment metrics and report numbers to leadership.
