Job summary

BPHA is seeking an enthusiastic Early Careers Coordinator to help deliver and develop our early careers offer across apprenticeships, graduate programmes and work experience placements.

You will work with learners, managers, schools and training providers to create engaging and inclusive programmes that provide meaningful development opportunities and positive experiences. The role involves coordinating programmes, managing recruitment, onboarding and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple programmes and activities.
• Experience in recruitment, learning and development or similar roles.
• Ability to build positive relationships with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating apprenticeship, graduate and work experience programmes from attraction through to completion.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, inductions and ongoing programme activities.
• Building strong relationships with managers, participants, training providers, schools, colleges and universities.
• Attending careers events and promoting BPHA's early careers opportunities to a diverse range of candidates.
• Coordinating mentoring, development opportunities and support networks across all programmes.
• Monitoring programme performance, maintaining accurate records and using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
