S And B Talent partners with a professional services firm to recruit and develop early career talent. This role blends recruitment, programme delivery and ongoing development, offering involvement across the early careers journey.

You’ll coordinate attraction and outreach, manage applications, assessments, interviews and offers, and organise onboarding for new joiners. You’ll support graduate and apprenticeship programmes, including placements, reviews and progression, and work with managers and

Competenze

• Experience in early careers or HR.
• Experience in graduate or apprenticeship programmes is preferred.
• Experience within legal or wider professional services would be helpful.

• Coordinating attraction, outreach activities and recruitment events
• Managing applications, assessments, interviews and offer communications
• Keeping future joiners engaged and organising their onboarding
• Supporting graduate and apprenticeship programmes, including placements, reviews and progression
• Working with managers and training providers to address development and wellbeing needs
