Job summary

Confidential is seeking an organised Learning & Development Coordinator to support a busy Early Careers function, covering recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of apprentices. You will work with Apprenticeship Programme Managers, HR Partners, recruitment teams and education providers to ensure a smooth experience from application to programme completion.

You will coordinate onboarding, maintain trackers, organise events and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or recruitment coordination.
• Experience with onboarding and events coordination.
• Experience with apprenticeship administration or Early Careers is a plus.
• Strong IT skills and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end apprentice recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Maintain trackers and ensure timely completion of processes.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements, including security clearance documentation and IT access requests.
• Liaise with colleges and universities to manage applications and onboarding meetings.
• Coordinate the process for apprentices moving into permanent positions.
