Job summary
Stantec is seeking a Graduate Geo-Environmental / Geo-Technical Consultant to join a close-knit ground engineering team embedded within a multidisciplinary office across the UK. You will gain hands-on experience from site investigation through to design and construction delivery.
Your core responsibilities include analysing geological, geo-environmental, and geotechnical data; delivering ground investigations and EIAs; assessing foundations, slope stability, and earthworks; and developing ground
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree accredited by a relevant professional body (The Geological Society, ICE, IES, CIWEM).
- Unconditional right to live and work in the UK for an indefinite period.
Responsibilities
- Analyse geological, geo-environmental, and geotechnical data.
- Deliver ground investigations and support EIAs.
- Assess foundations, slope stability, and earthworks, and create ground models.
- Conduct contaminated land risk assessments and remediation strategies.
- Monitor fieldworks and design/report on foundations, retaining walls, soil slope stability, earthworks, and rock slope stabilization.
