OVERVIEW: AREA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

THE ROLE: AREA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Main Duties:

1. Engage with new employers to establish training needs (New Business Development)
2. Target businesses in the West Midlands area
3. Develop and deliver sales presentations using various media and techniques to achieve success
4. Produce accurate data and keep records up to date
5. Represent the organization professionally at all times
6. Achieve monthly and yearly targets

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a previous role.

DESIRABLE:

• Experience in a similar role within the Training industry, such as Employer Engagement, Learner Engagement, or Business Development
• Recruitment or Sales qualifications
• Experience in Work-Based Learning and the Training/Apprenticeship sector
