Job Description:

We’re searching for a new Account Executive to join our client services team, initially on a 12-month contract.

This position is remote, but a lot of the team are based in and around Leicestershire, and there may be a requirement at times to work together, visit clients, collaborate, and socialise.

A typical day in this role would involve:

• Writing, setting up, and scheduling email marketing campaigns
• Creating and managing social media advertising
• Preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings
• Handling daily administrative tasks
• Supporting an Account Manager in various tasks
• Some copywriting, briefing, and proofing of creative materials

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Take pride in writing compelling and accurate copy
• Be meticulous about avoiding errors and eager to learn from mistakes
• Stay highly organized, whether using traditional methods or digital tools
• Possess a positive attitude and collaborate well within a team to meet deadlines
• Be confident communicating via phone, email, and social media
• Learn quickly and ask questions to improve and complete tasks effectively
• Have a degree in marketing/advertising or relevant experience in an agency or client-side role
