About

Business Development Manager - 6403

Location: Stroud area (must drive)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum + commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join a growing team within the industrial packaging sector.

This role is ideal for someone confident in developing new business, meeting targets, and looking to grow within a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager
  1. Proactively identify and contact potential customers in a B2B environment
  2. Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
  3. Understand customer requirements and promote tailored product solutions
  4. Accurately update CRM systems with customer information and sales activity
  5. Maintain clear records of customer needs, discussions, and sales conversions
  6. Attend site visits to develop relationships and secure new business
Key Skills of a Business Development Manager
  1. Proven experience in a KPI-driven sales role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
