Business Development Manager + up to £35k basic + £15k-£20k OTE (uncapped commission) + Remote role + Company car

Our client has over 50 years of experience bringing innovative and fresh solutions to the food and beverage industry. They offer an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team, covering the North East region (Newcastle, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Durham, Darlington).

They are looking for someone to identify and create opportunities for the company's growth and expansion. The main focus of the role is driving profitable new business and enhancing overall business performance.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager
  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  2. Identify and target potential clients across sectors such as offices, healthcare, education, and hospitality.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business accounts.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  5. Stay updated on technological advancements in the food and beverage industry.
  6. Provide clients with comprehensive product knowledge and tailored solutions.
  7. Prepare and present proposals showcasing the company's products and services.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to customise offerings and meet client needs.
  9. Achieve or exceed pre-set revenue and margin targets for the financial year.
  10. Ensure 100% CRM engagement, supported by the company's advanced automated sales and marketing processes.
