A leading Interior Design & Art Agency seeks a fully remote B2B Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager to drive sales in the luxury hospitality sector. Job description

Fantastic opportunity for a fully remote luxury B2B Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager to join this Interior Design & Art Agency.

Our client sources large deals, primarily with the luxury hospitality & hotel industries across the UK, Europe & beyond. They offer Art, Mirrors, Specialist Glass, Bespoke Feature Wallpaper, and Tailor-Made Internal Signage.

You will be of graduate 'calibre' & have a proven track record in B2B sales, demonstrated with stats/metrics. Ideally, you will have experience with luxury hospitality, hotels, interior design, high-end residential, or art sectors.

You should have some of your own networks & leads, but the business also has strong CRM data with leads to pursue. Your role involves identifying the right contacts, adopting a tenacious approach, and closing large deals. Long lead times may be involved, so stability and longevity are valued.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  2. Prospecting: Conduct high-volume prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement, to create qualified leads.
  3. Qualification: Assess and qualify leads for fit and potential value.
  4. CRM Management: Use HubSpot or similar platforms to manage leads and track activities.
  5. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress.
  6. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed personal sales and financial targets, closing large deals.
  7. Project Oversight: Manage large-scale sales lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
  8. Networking & Events: Represent the company at relevant sector events, which may occur evenings or weekends.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong B2B sales experience, especially in hospitality, hotels, design, or art industries.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot and social media networking, especially LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing complex projects across the full sales cycle.
  • Track record of closing significant deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • Network and experience within the hospitality, interior design, or high-end residential sectors are desirable.

You will work mostly remotely, with occasional travel for events or meetings.

Basic salary circa £35-45K plus circa £25K+ OTE, flexible for the right candidate.
