Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding the market presence of our Xevo MRT technology. This remote position offers flexibility and the option to work from anywhere in Europe, preferably near an international airport.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations for Xevo MRT. Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Sales Funnel Management: Develop strategies to drive sales and revenue for Xevo MRT across the USA. Maintain an updated sales funnel and forecast future sales.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and HQ teams to convert opportunities into orders. Support customer presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Tactical Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans with regional teams to meet or exceed annual targets. Set sales goals and strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver remote training programs on Xevo MRT technology and sales strategies to sales and marketing teams.
- Sales and Marketing Initiatives: Work with regional teams to implement initiatives, increase product awareness, and develop promotional campaigns.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospects and early customers, sharing feedback and success stories. Monitor customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the Commercial Director RDAT.
- Technical Expertise: Have a deep understanding of HRMS technology to communicate its benefits effectively.
- Product Development Input: Provide feedback to guide product development and enhancements.
- Collaboration: Work within cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive Xevo MRT solutions.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a Science-related field.
- Higher degrees such as MBA or Master's are preferred.
Experience
- 3-5 years in sales or business development, preferably in technology or scientific sectors.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
