Job Title: Business Development Manager - ComplexCare
Location: Remote (UK-based, with occasional travelrequired)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Commission& Bonus Structure
Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking anexperienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growthwithin our clients Complex Care division. This is a fully remote role;however, the successful candidate must be willing to travel whennecessary to meet new service users in the community and foster clientrelationships.
You will play a key role in developing and expandingservices for individuals with complex care packages (e.g. Neurologicaldisorders, Brain and spinal injuries, Stroke rehabilitation)
KeyResponsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategicrelationships to increase care hours and client base
• Identifyand convert new business opportunities within the Complex Care sector
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliverhigh-quality care solutions
• Attend meetings with ICBS andLAs, commissioners, stakeholders, and service users as needed
• Develop tender responses and contribute to servicemobilisation plans in the community.

EssentialExperience and Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience inbusiness development within Complex Care or Nursing services
• Strong clinical, complex care, or nursing background(essential)
• Sound understanding of compliance and qualitystandards in health and social care
• Excellent communication,negotiation, and presentation skills.
