Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are delighted to be growing our team and are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our legal team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties will include:

1. Source candidates using various platforms including our Bullhorn CRM, Reed, CV Library, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
2. Develop new business and maintain existing business.
3. Build relationships with existing clients.
4. Take full job briefs from clients.
5. Write job descriptions to advertise on our website and job boards.
6. Respond to suitable applications and search for candidates via a range of techniques.
7. Provide an honest and consultative service to clients and candidates alike.
8. Arrange interviews and prepare candidates beforehand.
9. Negotiate job offers and manage client and candidate expectations.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous sales or office-based customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge.
