Recruitment Consultant/Director (Electronics/Semiconductors in EU/US)

Location: United Kingdom [Remote]

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 base + up to 40% Commission + Future Equity (OTE £100,000)

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to build and own your desk with full support from the founder, emphasizing independence, drive, and results. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing engineering talent in the semiconductor and electronics sectors across the USA or Europe.

Key skills include sales and business development—making cold calls, opening doors, and establishing lasting client relationships. You will manage the entire recruitment process and have the opportunity to grow your own team.

You’ll be equipped with the necessary tools, autonomy, and backing to run your desk as if it were your own business. Successful performance can lead to a Director role and potential equity stake.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in 360 recruitment related to engineering, semiconductors, or electronics.
  • Proven ability in new business development and cold outreach.
  • Experience working within or with the semiconductors, electronics, or power sectors is preferred.
  • Track record of developing your own recruitment desk and business.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building from scratch.
  • Self-motivated, thriving in a remote, autonomous environment.
  • Ambitious about career growth.
