What You’ll Do

• Be the first line of support for our users—via phone, email, and our ticketing system
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and think creatively to find effective solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, QA, and development teams to resolve customer challenges
• Educate and guide users to maximize the use of our platform and features
• Document every customer interaction with accuracy and care
• Advocate for our customers and share their feedback with internal teams

Your Toolkit

• Solid experience supporting enterprise software applications
• Comfort using SQL tools (e.g., SQL Server Management Studio), Microsoft Office, and remote support tools like GoToAssist, Splashtop, or N-Able
• Strong Windows knowledge (Mac OS is a bonus!)
• Advanced Excel skills—macros, data imports, and more

Who You Are

• A clear and confident communicator—written and verbal
• A self-starter who loves solving problems and learning on the go
• Highly organized, results-focused, and always thinking ahead
• Experienced in customer support or application support
• Knowledge of the flexographic printing or packaging industry is a plus
