What You’ll Do

• Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and develop creative solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, QA, and development teams to resolve customer challenges
• Educate and guide users to maximize platform features
• Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
• Represent customer feedback internally to improve services
• Support enterprise software applications with solid experience
• Utilize SQL tools (e.g., SQL Server Management Studio), Microsoft Office, and remote support tools like GoToAssist, Splashtop, or N-Able
• Possess strong Windows knowledge; Mac OS is a bonus
• Demonstrate advanced Excel skills—macros, data imports, etc.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbally
• Be a self-starter passionate about problem-solving and continuous learning
• Stay organized, results-oriented, and proactive
• Have experience in customer or application support
• Knowledge of the flexographic printing or packaging industry is advantageous
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Preferably have 2+ years in software or tech support roles
