Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Salary: £26k per annum

Job type: Full Time, permanent

Due to significant growth, we are seeking a highly experienced, engaging Business Development Representative to lead our development efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and shape our business's future success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research target accounts to inform outreach messaging and approach
  • Compile prospect lists based on relevant personas and job roles
  • Collaborate with the Intelligence team to provide insights on target accounts/personas
  • Execute outreach campaigns via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn messaging from C-level to Manager
  • Develop efficient working processes to utilize time effectively and meet weekly KPIs
  • Record all important touchpoints to build account knowledge and refine strategies
  • Coordinate comprehensive handovers to Business Lead before meetings
  • Provide feedback to improve marketing materials and activities

Key Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within SaaS or similar tech environments
  • Proven lead generation and qualification skills across channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Experience crafting compelling cold outreach messages with positive response rates
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot to manage interactions and sales pipelines
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Data-driven mindset to assess performance and refine strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
  • Understanding of sales processes and techniques
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and task prioritization
