About the Role:

Bitdefender, the Cyber Security leader, is looking for a Junior, energetic, and motivated individual to join the Sales Development team in the UK.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to exercise your communication skills by engaging with potential new Business Customers, discussing their security needs and challenges, and explaining how Bitdefender can assist. Being outgoing and fluent in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work on inbound and outbound leads via phone and email to connect with decision-makers from various industries and generate interest in Bitdefender’s services.
  2. Research, identify, and prospect new customers using tools like Sales Navigator.
  3. Quickly familiarize yourself with Bitdefender’s Security Products and Services through intensive onboarding and self-guided training.
  4. Handle an average of at least 70 outbound calls per day.
  5. Manage time effectively.
  6. Use active listening and targeted questions to build interest and qualify opportunities using the BANT methodology.
  7. Maintain an organized and transparent workflow, updating all progress in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ambitious with a positive attitude and a desire for success.
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (phone and email).
  • Fast learner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability to changing environments.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

  • Salesforce experience.

Previous experience in a similar role or demonstrating a 'Hunter' personality traits, along with excellent English skills and a technical inclination, are desirable. Comfort with phone-based work is essential.
