We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Event Supervisor to work at one of the unique venues in London. We seek someone with excellent customer service and leadership skills to assist with our catering and hospitality services.

As an Event Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing conferences and events at the venue, always aiming to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Be polite, professional, and friendly with customers, clients, and colleagues
• Ensure the highest level of customer care at all times
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed expectations
• Understand and deliver all contractual terms
• Support your line manager in liaising with clients to develop the partnership
• Complete action plans following client satisfaction surveys
• Promote the unit and act as a Compass Advocate
• Actively gain customer feedback and pass it to your line manager
• Meet legal and company requirements for fire, safety, health, and hygiene
• Report health and safety issues, including accidents and near misses
• Promote safety habits and methods of work
• Assist in preparing hospitality services as required
• Identify opportunities to develop our service
• Seek ways to improve work activities and promote efficiency
