Meeting & Events Floor Manager - Park Plaza London Riverbank

As a Meeting & Events Floor Manager, you will be on the front line for our events to ensure that every event is a success, working alongside other M&E Floor Managers and the Assistant Meeting & Events Operations Manager.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience with large high-volume event spaces, handling events up to 1000 people
  • Previous experience as a Meeting & Events Floor Manager or Supervisor in a hotel
  • Ability to manage the food & beverage service team
  • Delegates tasks effectively to waiters and service team
  • Works closely with other departments, including the kitchen team
  • Passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
