You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide variety of bespoke events, ensuring that every element runs smoothly and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of events, including catering, entertainment, d??cor, and logistics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and delivering it with precision and creativity.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown
• Provide seamless and attentive guest service before
• Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, maintaining the venue s reputation for excellence.

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in event coordination or management, ideally within a premium or luxury setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively under pressure.
• Outstanding interpersonal and people management skills must be confident and calm under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetic and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
