About Us - Financial Controller

Bubala has blossomed into two buzzing locations: one in Spitalfields and our second in Soho. We are now in the midst of opening our third site located in Kings Cross! It's an exciting time to join our growing team!

The Role - Financial Controller

We're looking for a hands-on, values-led Financial Controller to join Bubala and help steer our next stage of growth. You'll work closely with our CEO and external finance team to lead budgeting, reporting, and financial strategy across our three restaurants.

What you'll do

1. Own monthly reporting, budgeting, and cash flow
2. Work across platforms like Xero, MarketMan, and Harri
3. Guide GMs through their numbers and financial performance
4. Ensure compliance (VAT, PAYE, HMRC) and support funding/project work

What we're looking for

1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
2. Hospitality, F&B, or multi-site background
3. Confident with cloud-based systems
4. Clear communicator, values-driven, and proactive
