About Our Client

Michael Page is partnering with a boutique Asset Manager to assist them in hiring a part-time Assistant Financial Controller (3 days per week) for their Central London team.

Key responsibilities of this Assistant Financial Controller role in the Financial Services sector in London include:

• Completing monthly accounting journals for all relevant entities
• Producing board packs according to stakeholder specifications
• Updating the ICARA and securing sign-off in the board meeting
• Invoicing third parties for shared costs and recharges
• Completing monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts within the group
• Creating and updating budgets and forecasts with latest projections
• Assisting with cash projections to advise Directors on dividends within the group
• Supervising corporate cash management
• Completing regulatory and tax returns
• Managing payroll and HR accounting
• Efficiently managing the audit process

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

• Over 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• FCA experience
