We are looking for a Laboratory Operations Supervisor to join our Laboratories team.

Title:Laboratory Operations Supervisor

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location:Hampstead, London (on-site 5 days)

Job Summary

• Have line management responsibilities for the Stock and Asset Coordinator.

• Ensure the provision of a high quality, reliable, and responsive service to support laboratory operations.

• Be responsible for stock management allowing for efficient running of the laboratory with exemplary record keeping.

• Be responsible for equipment records, maintenance and service contracts.
• Oversee laboratory Health & Safety policies, training and compliance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure provision of all necessary services to the laboratory and ensure the facilities are fit for purpose.

• Ensure compliance of all relevant quality standards (EFI, ISO 15189)

• On-call rota and periodic out of hours working may be required.
