Salary: £25,500 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5pm

Contract length: 12 months

Location: Horsham, RH12 4AL




We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to assist with all general administration requirements for Veolia CHP Head Office and Field Personnel.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handle general office administration and data processing via Infor system
  • Manage customer quotes, digital filing, and create new unit folders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel bookings and overseas flights
  • Organize events, meetings, and training sessions while maintaining training records
  • Oversee visitor/contractor inductions and fleet management
  • Process invoicing for breakdowns and manage contract enhancements/renewals
  • Maintain compliance documentation, calibration registers, and safety communications
  • Support Technical Manager with audits, manage office supplies, and handle various administrative duties as part of the Operational Support Team
  • Completion of PQQ's (pre-qualification questionnaire)
  • Contract administration

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with experience in a busy office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build professional relationships at all levels
  • Proven team player with strong communication and knowledge-sharing capabilities
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Google Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
