Description
We are seeking a highly organised Business Administrator to join our Learning and Development team at Willis Towers Watson in Reigate. This role is based in our modern, open-plan office, with convenient onsite parking. The position will be office-based for the first few months, after which it will transition to a hybrid model, requiring at least two days in the office per week in Reigate office.

The Role
This is a people-focused, performance-driven role where you’ll play a key part in supporting the Retirement GB Learning and Development team to deliver high-impact development initiatives. You'll work closely with a collaborative team of business support colleagues, sharing responsibilities and contributing to the smooth execution of learning programmes that empower our people to grow, perform, and succeed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about making a real difference in people’s development journeys.
