Be an inspiration and a guide, getting to know each customer and their home improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include sales, click & collect, setting up displays, and maintaining store appearance. Training in various areas will be provided, but delivering great customer service on the tills will be your main focus.
We are looking for someone who is happy to help, eager to learn, and passionate about home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy helping others. Willingness to learn new technology and adapt to new ways of working is essential. Teamwork and flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays are also required.
