Salary: £24,500 per year plus OTE £7,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full-time with a fixed weekly shift pattern

Location: REMOTE – working from home

The role you’ll do

• Be an ambassador for the market-leading Sky brand
• Make warm outbound sales calls to Sky customers to sell our protection plans
• Use your communication skills and product knowledge to share benefits
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
• Help each customer find the right solution for them

Don’t worry, we’ll help you find your feet with a three-week training program where you’ll learn our systems, meet colleagues, hone your sales techniques, and enjoy engaging with our customers.

What we offer

• A highly competitive basic salary of £24,500
• Average bonus earnings of £7,000 per year, based on sales performance, customer service, and call quality

What we need from you

• A solid background in targeted sales
• Experience working independently or remotely is preferred

• This is a remote role; we’ll provide equipment, and broadband access is required
• If near an office, you can choose to work from there occasionally
