Located just north of Newcastle city centre with excellent public transport links, the role is remote, so location is flexible. The Role

• Handling inbound customer service calls
• Managing administrative tasks
• Providing excellent customer experience via email and phone for Dutch-based customers
• Resolving customer queries, requests, orders, and complaints on first contact
• Supporting team members
• Working Monday to Friday, 7:45 am – 4:15 pm, with occasional Saturdays
