Salary: GBP23,500 increasing to GBP25,000 on successful completion of probation

Your Role as HR Assistant

Based at our beautiful Lupton location, you will support our Children’s Homes, Schools, Clinical Teams, and Group with onboarding new staff. Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day HR administration, maintaining employee records, handling administrative queries, and ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices to safeguard our children and young people.
