You will also handle all administration queries related to your files and work closely with department managers to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will ensure staff recruitment aligns with safer recruitment practices and onboarding, which is crucial for safeguarding our children and young people.

What we do for you

We know you’re going to do great things. For your hard work and commitment, we reward you with the best salary and benefits package in the care sector. With us, you’ll make a genuine difference in the lives of our young people, and you’ll also get:

  • Salary: Base salary of £23,500 - £25,000 depending on experience
  • Holiday: 7 weeks’ holiday
  • Flexible benefits package: increase/decrease holiday allowance, pension, and life insurance
  • Wellbeing: tools and advice including employee assistance
