Outwood Academy Danum is seeking a professional, confident individual to join our Business Services Team as an HR Assistant. We seek someone who is highly organized, professional, approachable, flexible, and possesses excellent communication skills. The role requires working at pace, prioritizing tasks, and working well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have an administrative background. HR experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Business Manager and the wider academy in HR and payroll activities, administering payroll, monitoring staff absence, organizing meetings and minute-taking, and managing the full recruitment process, including pre-employment checks.
