Job Description

As a Receptionist & AV Assistant, provide a first-class, proactive service to customers and visitors, ensuring requirements are met and needs are anticipated.

The role offers a positive, professional, and seamless link between the client's service end users and the Workplace Services teams and vendors. It involves proactively anticipating client and customer needs while building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure all client and visitor requests and inquiries are fulfilled and expectations are exceeded.
  2. Process all meeting room requests efficiently using the client meeting room and visitor management system.
  3. Adhere to all Jefferies and ISS procedures and standards, providing a five-star meet and greet service, proactively welcoming visitors and tenants.
  4. Maintain five-star standards as part of the Front of House team.
  5. Assist in training other Client Services and Network Team Members.
  6. Use the client site operating systems according to guidelines.
  7. Lead by example and serve as a role model for the team.
  8. Maintain excellent working relationships with onsite contractors.
  9. Build and sustain excellent relationships with tenants and designated tenant contacts within the building.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Good general education standard.
  • English and Maths GCSEs A to C grade.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High accuracy in work.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Technical ability in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
