Job description

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Lobby Host to join our small team based at the corporate offices of a well-known retailer in the Paddington area.

Our front of house team looks after all duties related to the reception and meeting room services at the location. This varied role is predominantly based in the main entrance, where the reception team defines the first impressions guests and visitors have of our client’s business, along with the service they receive whilst in the office.

Alongside the reception duties, the team also spend time in the meeting room space, helping the hospitality team with the hosting of events, managing the booking of meeting rooms, assisting in the set up of meeting rooms and AV services when required.

The team are proactive in dealing with requests, diligent with booking rooms and motivated to deliver a consistently great service.

This role is a standing role and requires proactive lobby hosting, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for colleagues and visitors.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts between 7am-6pm. Monday-Friday.
Salary: £28,974

Qualifications

Previous experience of working within a high-end hotel or corporate reception role is essential. The successful candidate will be outgoing and friendly, with a passion for customer services. They will also maintain a professional appearance and possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively face to face and over the telephone.
