Your Role as Sous Chef

As part of the management team, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all kitchen items meet high standards
• Supporting the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent guest experience
• Deputising for the Head Chef when needed
• Training kitchen staff
• Managing stocktaking
