Your Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets high standards of quality and presentation.
• Assist the Head Chef in the smooth operation of the kitchen.
• Act as Deputy for the Head Chef when necessary.
• Train and support kitchen team members.
• Manage stocktaking and inventory processes.
